MSN (NP/CNS) Admission Evaluation Matrix[ MSN Application Process ] Administrators and faculty of the CNHS use an evaluation matrix to evaluate applicants (See below for the criteria and assigned points). NOTE: The evaluation matrix below DOES NOT apply to Anesthesiology Nursing applicants. See admission requirements on the Anesthesiology Nursing Website. The admission evaluation matrix is weighted in percentage of the total
for the following categories (Category #2 has two (2) options):

* Must have a Undergraduate Cumulative GPA of at least a 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
