Broward’s REACH 2010 is a community demonstration
project that promotes HIV / AIDS primary prevention for
young minority adults living within 12 zip code areas in
Broward County, South Florida.
We serve
men and women 18-39 years of age who are African
American, Hispanics, Haitians or Afro-Caribbean.
Since
2001, our
coalition has educated hundreds of local residents and
important stakeholders about the HIV/AIDS problem in
minority communities and how to prevent HIV infection.
To
continuously improve the impact of our program we
collect, analyze, and report back to the community
information about our achievements and our shortcomings.
